Laura and Barbara took care of my first time buyer clients, who were relocating from Nevada, and helped them get prequalified and lock in a low rate during the beginning of COVID-19 when rates were a volatile and we were on shaky ground! In fact, my client almost gave up a couple of times because the rates went up and they didn't think they could qualify. Barbara was able to lock them in a low rate when the time was right and they are so happy in their new home!
