Silver knowledgeable and he takes his time to carefully evaluate your situation and finds the BEST loan option for you. After doing our own research and attending local seminars we thought our best option was going FHA. Silver took the time and asked what we can afford and was able to find the best loan for us, which was actually conventional! He even was able to get us eligible to remove the PMI from our monthly payment without having 20% down. He is quick and responsive. Highly recommended.
