The team at Gem Mortgage was amazing! Refinancing a home is one of the most stressful things, but Frank & Rena made it so easy for us! They were our coaches along the way. They had amazing advice and really understand everyday life--like scheduling termite and appraisal when convenient for the person doing the refinancing.
