We had a house we really liked but a very unique loan issue. Dan helped us figure out how to structure our loans so that we could actually get approved for our loans within a pretty aggressive timeline. Dan did what no other loan agent did, and pushed hard to get it done for us within the timeline. The only feedback we had was just a bit more frequent updates on timelines on his side and the experience would have been perfect!
