We stated we needed the loan to close fast as we need to pay some of the money in 30 days. We were told we would not have to worry and it would be done in plenty of time and it took way longer than expected. While waiting for approval we reached out several times to both Greg and Bertha to see where we were at and how long to expect and no one would answer us. Everyone was nice and when we spoke to anyone the service was great. I just wish more realistic expectations would have set
