Scott went over and above in customer service. He explained everything in great detail and was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. He was able to catch several mistakes made by the mortgage company and was an ardent advocate for us during the documentation phase. He was also present at the signing of the documents with the notary. I have not come across this type of customer service before and it really put our mind at ease to know that we were signing documents that we understood. I would not hesitate to use Scott again for any of our borrowing needs, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a loan.

I AM A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER. I know nothing about the purchasing process. I was approved for a certain amount, and we worked around that figure. Numerous offers fell through the cracks. But John Wade was an encouragement along the way. John Wade was very helpful is guiding me through the maze of document requirements. He worked with the escrow company and his team was very professional. He handled everything in a timely, polite and efficient manner. We were even able to close early. I highly recommend John Wade and his team. I am enjoying my new home.

I cannot say enough about working with Armando. He was referred to me by a friend when he gave me a pre-approval to start my home search. Along the way, he was always available to guide me, support me and sometimes just hear me vent. The biggest thing about Armando is that he provides guidance that's best for his clients, even if it that advice does not directly benefit him. I ultimately went with a new build-out where the builder offered cash incentives with their preferred lender. In this case, Armando suggested I go with the builder's lender (instead of him) to take advantage of the cash incentives but still continues to guide me whenever I have a question. I would highly recommend Armando who is helpful, honest and genuinely cares about people.
