We met with two other lenders before we connected with Thomas at GEM. As first time home buyers were intimidated, felt foolish for asking questions, and we walked away without a loan or answers. Thomas and his team were a breath of fresh air. He answered all of my questions, every step of the way. I knew exactly where we stood financially. We had a small budget to work with. Thomas listened carefully to our numbers, kept us on track, and made this happen for us. We love our new home!

Neil, Cindy and his team were very professional. Several adjectives describe my interaction with them Responsive, Prompt, Good and frequent communication, Flexible, Thorough. Depending on the times, loan processes and the documentation requirements can seem pointless and redundant but despite that, it was a painless, almost enjoyable experience.
