I would recommend GEM Mortgage to anyone that is looking to buy their 1st or and 2nd home. They are very knowledgeable of the housing market and the community they are in. They put me at ease everytime I felt nervous or unease about if I needed more documentation, funds, or references. They also suggested to enroll in Framework which help me overcome the unanswered questions which all makes sense. Thank you again Silverio and his hard working staff.
