Our last lender was a nightmare to deal with so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My experience with Terry was a complete 180 from my last experience. He is very easy to connect with, kind, patient, and knows what he is doing. Terry has over 30 years of experience in the field and it definitely shows. I am planning on buying a 2nd home to use as a rental property and will definitely be using Terry and GEM Mortgage company in the near future.

He was very knowledgeable about the rates and buy downs. He gave us good direction on points, and refinancing our property. He had all the answers to all our questions, and was very patient and was available for any questions we had for him. If he didn't have the answer at the time he would get back to us when he had the answer. Great experience, and this was the second time we used him for a perchase of a property. We will always use him in the future to refi or buying a property.
