Silverio and his staff explained every details of what that has to be done of getting prequalified for a loan, steps of what you can afford, making sure you have all your paperwork and needed documents, taking the online frame course so you have a better understanding of purchasing a home, escrow procedures , knowing your spending needs and wants , and finally becoming a home owner. Ashlee and Rhenna help me a lot of by informing me of the timeline and needed documents to be signed or clarify.

I would recommend GEM Mortgage to anyone that is looking to buy their 1st or and 2nd home. They are very knowledgeable of the housing market and the community they are in.
