Mary was very responsive from the very first time I reached out to her! I found her on the CalHFA website and she was the second person I called. What impressed me the most is she called me right back to tell me that she was working with a client and would call me back as soon as she was done. She called back within 30 minutes! Responsiveness is VERY important to me. She is also an expert in her field and I will use her again in a heartbeat!

I appreciated the communication, the pleasant and helpful staff, and Mark's initiative in coming up with a loan approach that would work for my needs. They all have to work with people in various states of need and emotional disarray, and for that - they get a gold star for patience! Sometimes I couldn't find the paperwork they needed, and they never treated me like an idiot - another gold star! We got it done, within the necessary time frame, and successfully! I was so grateful.

Fidel is hands down the best. From the minute i walked into his office everyone was so welcoming the front office receptionist makes u feel comfortable. The moment i started to the end i was never clueless and anything Fidel keep me updated with every single thing never once did i have to call to move things along. After everything closed about a month later Fidel still called just to see how things where most company wouldn't do that after closin I highly recommend Fidel and his awesome staff

Fidel was always available when we had questions if he was unavailable his staff would help us with what we needed everyone in the office was aware of what was needed and when it was needed we are pleased with the whole process of our loan.we will definitely send our family and friends to Fidel.
