Buying a first home is an interesting and crazy process. We went in knowing nothing & Thomas broke everything doesn’t for us, letting us know every step we were about to take. He was available at all times of the day to respond to my many many many questions. When it came time to place an offer he called immediately to give me the pros & cons of the purchase, & let me know if I was in my desired budget. Truly a great experience and many people can’t say that- & made a new friend in the process!

Roberta was very knowledgeable about loans and the best option for me. I had a budget and she made sure to stay within the set budget. I found her approachable, knowledgeable, and very patient when it came to answering questions and addressing some concerns. It was a stressful time for me however at the end of the day, she delivered. She even helped get me get assistance with closing, money refunded after closing and offered me $500 from her fee to assist me with closing! Thanks Roberta
