Purchasing a home can be extremely stressful. Manual and his team were always professional and willing to work around my schedule. Manuel explained the process, in a way I could understand. I always felt informed and comfortable after meeting or speaking with him. I love my new home and I know it was because of Manuel, that my loan was accepted. He personally called the seller's realtor and assured him we would close escrow in 21 days.
