Rene is truly amazing at what he does. The dedication and determination he has is extraordinary. My husband and I would get immediate updates throughout the process, making the experience of purchasing our first home very simple and most important, stress free! Highly recommend her. Professional and is there every step of the process knows exactly what to show and what not to show. Answers all questions even after purchase of the home. What we loved the most about her was that she was not holding back any other information about the property.

Fidel and his team at ZABE Mortgage were great! The process was fast and made extremely easy. I have no doubt that ZABE Mortgage was behind this. Buying my first home was very intimidating at first but, luckily I was recommended the best lender I could have asked for. Oscar explained everything in great detail to the point that I feel I can be a real estate expert now. He was able to get me the exact rate I wanted and gave me an extremely generous deal. If you're looking to buy a home or at least thinking about it look no further. I highly recommend Oscar for your home buying needs. The only thing you'll regret is that you didn't do it sooner because as you know prices are going up. I couldn't be more happy and excited to get into my new home. By electing to go with Oscar it alleviated a lot of the financial stress that comes with buying a home. I can now move forward with confidence knowing I made the right choice and so should you. I am not one to write any review unless it is deserving. My experience with Oscar R Campa deserves the utmost recognition as, in my perspective, the Superman in the mortgage lending business. Yes, we had many obstacles, BUT, he overcame every challenge faced. I highly trust him and would recommend him to any and all that need a true Superman in the lending business.

I started working with Zabe back in December of 2017 and had a few hiccups in purchasing a home because of the seller. I would drop into the Zabe office in Madera and I worked with Brenda and Fidel and they were able to answer all my questions. Manuel was very responsive from the beginning. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule (meeting late in the evening and weekends), and he was very thorough in all our discussions. I felt like I was well-informed throughout the entire process. Once we moved into the documentation/support phase, his team was very helpful and efficient.
