After a bad experience with our non-responsive credit union, our real estate agent recommended to us Manuel Corral. We reached out to him, left a message, and within minutes he called us back and set up a meeting. When we met with him, his confident and personable, yet professional, mannerisms made us feel equally confident with choosing him as our lender. We told him our budget, and within 24-hours we had our pre-approval letter, and at a lower interest rate than our credit union offered us! Also, when we finally chose our home, Manuel and his team (shout out to Valerie!), were informative, worked with a sense of urgency, always readily available for questions, and made us feel like we were the only client they were working on. Plus, we closed right on time! Bottom line, do yourself a favor and choose Manuel and his team for all your loan needs. YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT REGRET IT!! We will absolutely be working with him again when it's time to refinance, as well as purchase our second home.

Armando Novelo pulled off nearly the impossible for me. For details I don't care to relive, I had a very difficult file with a lot of challenges, and Armando and his team met every one of those challenges head on. I couldn't be happier, and there's no other lender I would recommend over him. Also, he drives a cool 'fast-and-furious' car and if you spot it on the street, you might win a prize!

We have used GEM and Terry Bleecker for the past 20 years. We will not use any other lender. The customer service, attention to detail and overall knowledge of the industry keeps us coming back. As consumers home buyers most dont know that you can choose your lender. We recommend Terry every time.

Anytime I need the Barrios Team they are always there to answer my call. Jorge is thorough and will give you the best options, usually saving you more money. Great team to work with, all professional and always quick to return a phone call, which is rare nowadays. I was PCS'ing from Washington D.C. to California and I was referred to Silverio because of his experience with VA loans and dealing with U.S. Servicemembers. Without ever meeting him in person I felt as if I knew him for years - great down-to-earth guy! The same goes for his staff. The rapport we had enabled us to go from pre-qualification to closing all while I was still in D.C.! When I finally PCS'd to California the keys were waiting for me with a warm thank you gift from him. I would highly recommend him - especially if you are using a VA loan.

Oscar was very friendly and helpful. Oscar was very detailed by make sure I was well aware of all the doc I was sign and information by the step y step process. Oscar was always available for me to reach him and answer any question or concern that I had. Quick to respond any emails that I would send him. I love the fact the i was able to sign documents in my own home.
