Silverio Garcia and his Team at GEM Mortgage are truly one of a kind, I went to Silverio Garcia after going to a different lender that couldn't get my refinance due to me not being in my new job for more than 2 years. Not only did Silverio García and his team get my loan approved they also got me a .5 lower interest rate than the first lender. I would definitely recommend Silverio and His team at GEM mortgage for there professionalism and there knowledge to get loans approved....

Siverio and his team are knowledgeable, expierienced, trustworthy, professional and imformative. The loan process was smooth and hassle free. Silverio provided excellent service and is always willing to take the time to answer any question or concerns you have. I have purchase several homes and Silverio and the competition doesnt come close to the service Silverio provides. With all the stress of looking for the perfect house, one thing I did not have to worry about was getting the financing paperwork taken care of. Silverio and his team did everything! They were so helpful in answering all of my questions and taking care of all of my financial needs and concerns. Literally anytime that I was beginning to feel overwhelmed or worried I would just call Silverio and he would calm me down by explaining everything that was going on. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received from Oscar and his team. Oscar and Margarita were great in explaining things thoroughly to the point where I felt very comfortable. They were readily available to answer questions whenever I had them and were always accessible. Fidel and Zabe Mortgage are absolutely amazing, he explained the benefits of the refinance and explained how the route would help better prepare us for our future. He has truly helped us come to terms with what we want our future property goals to be. Since the beginning when we were first recommended to him by our Real Estate agent for our fist home purchase, he has explained every step in detail which allowed us to really understand the process. Him educating us on the process of home purchasing and refinancing has allowed us to prepare for the purchase of our second home. We highly recommend Fidel and Zabe mortgage to all of our family and friends for their mortgage needs.

Everything went great and nothing could have been better. Tiffany M Grantham was awesome. I had reservations about refinancing but Tiffany explained the process and kept me well informed every step of the process. She made the refinancing the easiest thing I have done in a long time. My refinancing closed on the date promised by Tiffany. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Tiffany is by far the best in her field.

Tiffany and GEM mortgage serviced our last loan. I honestly can say it was an amazing experience. Tiffany did all the heavy lifting for a 45 day escrow that could have been a nightmare. However, with GEM & Tiffany on our side, they did all the work and more! We looked at several other mortgage companies in the area and decided to go with them. I haven't regretted that decision even for a second!

My husband and I wanted to start the process of buying a home early last year (2016). We had filled out a couple pre-approval applications with none of them really going anywhere. My mom mentioned that she had heard lots of good things about GEM Mortgage and to maybe give them a call. So I did and I was sent to Tiffany to set up and appointment to come in. I am SO happy that Tiffany Grantham is who we ended up working with! We went in the next day, got approved and started looking for a home. Tiffany made the whole process so smooth, so easy. She knew we were overwhelmed, we were first time home buyers, so this whole thing was very foreign to us. She was always only a call away or I could even drop by the office if I needed something or if I needed to drop anything off. She knows what she is talking about and will really explain anything and everything that you don't understand. We started the process with Tiffany and GEM Mortgage in late January I believe and we were home owners by June! Tiffany played such a huge role in this. I can not thank her enough or say enough good things about her! Thank you SO much Tiffany!
