Armando, April, Jade and the rest of their team did an excellent job helping my family buy our forever home. This was the second time we've bought a home and I have to say the process went so much smoother and quicker with Armando's team. From the beginning they were very responsive and were always available to answer questions on the phone I had about the loan process. Armando would often call me to check up on how everything was going, would walk me through forms, and keep me up to date on the stages of my loan. I felt very reassured that he had my family's best interests at heart and that he did everything in his power to help us secure the loan we needed to buy the home of our dreams. Silverio and his team were awesome to work with. They did a great job communicating what was going on during the process of the loan. Our loan happened during Ventura's worse disasters The Thomas Fires. Our city was issued a State of Emergency and GEM Mortgage helped guide us through the process of what happens during this time.
