Anytime I need the Barrios Team they are always there to answer my call. Jorge is thorough and will give you the best options, usually saving you more money. Great team to work with, all professional and always quick to return a phone call, which is rare nowadays. If you are looking for a Lender, consider the Barrios Team they will treat you good and make sure you come out on top.

I was PCS'ing from Washington D.C. to California and I was referred to Silverio because of his experience with VA loans and dealing with U.S. Servicemembers. Without ever meeting him in person I felt as if I knew him for years - great down-to-earth guy! The same goes for his staff. The rapport we had enabled us to go from pre-qualification to closing all while I was still in D.C.! When I finally PCS'd to California the keys were waiting for me with a warm thank you gift from him. I would highly recommend him - especially if you are using a VA loan.

Oscar was very friendly and helpful. Oscar was very detailed by make sure I was well aware of all the doc I was sign and information by the step y step process. Oscar was always available for me to reach him and answer any question or concern that I had. Quick to respond any emails that I would send him. I love the fact the i was able to sign documents in my own home.

Having found our dream home and not prequalified on the last day offers were to be accepted, Silverio was able to prequalify us quickly so that we were able to make an offer that day! Silverio and his team are knowledgeable, professional and work hard for you! Silverio took the time to answer all my questions. He always responded quickly to all my phone calls and text messages. I never physically met Silverio and his team but I feel like I knew them very well and they knew me because they were ALWAYS there for me! Thank you for helping us every step of the way!
