If you’re in the market for a reputable and trustworthy lender, I recommend GEM (Golden Empire Mortgage). I recently purchased a home in the North Oxnard, CA area. As a Veteran I was very lucky to have worked with Silverio Garcia and his team in obtaining a VA loan. This was after 2 other lenders informed me that I would not qualify for a VA loan. Silverio was of course highly recommended by my Realtor (Yolanda Castro). He is honest and made me feel at ease since day 1. You can literally contact him anytime and get a reply right away. I had recently been in a home purchase transactions where my previous lender I found was not able to perform and Sellers backed out on me at the last minute and was not able to purchase the home I wanted. It was the worst experience ever. Then I found Mike and his Team, they offered me great service and where very knowledgeable about my home purchase. They stepped in and helped me find the right home for me great rate and easy financing. They guided me throughout the whole process and was always communicated through email, phone, text or portal. Terry is genuinely the BEST guy to help you with all of your mortgage needs! My husband & I purchased our first home last year and then just recently refinanced for a better rate. Both done through Terry, and the process was SO smooth. I totally felt that our best interest was ALWAYS the highest priority. And there was never any pressure to commit to anything we didn't feel comfortable with, which was very important to us. We've worked with Todd and his staff a few times and each time they have made is a smooth process. They have kept us in the loop throughout each process with constant updates. There are many decisions to be made when purchasing a home. One of those big decisions is what Lender to choose. With Tiffany Grantham at Golden Empire Mortgage I got a competitive rate & Excellent service thru out the process. There were several things that came up however Tiffany always made me feel that she was on top of it & I have to say she sure was. My only regret is not relaxing more & just letting her handle it. Most important is that I felt as if I actually mattered & that I wasn't just another loan to close.

Mike and the team were very great throughout the entire loan process. They all had the buyer in their best interest at all times. The lenders explained everything until I completed understanded it and never seemed to get frustrated with the random questions I would ask. I would recommend anyone to Intergrity for their professionalism and tasks completed in a timely manner.
