Very informative, as first home buyers we did not know exactly the process of getting pre qualified and purchasing a home was. Silverio was there to walk us each step of the way. He answered our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood our loan details. He even waived some lender fees which made purchasing a home easier for us financially. We felt that the process went smooth as can be, Silverio and his team at GEM mortgage gave us great service and helped us purchase our dream home!

Silver is the consummate professional. He was able to get me into a loan when others refused or said "Come back in 6 months to a year". I see why he is a top producer, he gets it done, knows what he is doing. But I especially like that he is available for questions. I am a novice investor, and I have learned a lot from him. He will answer his phone for you even after hours.

Armando, April, Jade and the rest of their team did an excellent job helping my family buy our forever home. This was the second time we've bought a home and I have to say the process went so much smoother and quicker with Armando's team. From the beginning they were very responsive and were always available to answer questions on the phone I had about the loan process. Armando would often call me to check up on how everything was going, would walk me through forms, and keep me up to date on the stages of my loan. I felt very reassured that he had my family's best interests at heart and that he did everything in his power to help us secure the loan we needed to buy the home of our dreams.
